October 2001

School's here -- the kids are everywhere. The new styles are in. And I'm behind already. Guess I'd better go to the mall so I can be cool like everyone else. Maybe I'll get a new car or have one stolen. Well, anyway..
Lots of places to go. Week of prayers, seminars, and weddings and funerals. But most of all like the song says "Where do I go, when I need a shelter? Where do I go when I need a friend? Where do I go, when I need some comfort? Where do I go -- back on my knees again."

Great God in heaven -- continue to bless. Keep forgiveness in front of me. Keep the grudges behind me. Thanks for strength to carry on. Help me remember the words to the song "He ain't heavy, he's my brother."

Well, thanks to Aaron again -- Aaron computer Chip Wood for his continual friendship. May he finally get through school someday and get a vehicle. For how can he have a date, when he has to borrow a car from me who has no dates?

Finally, the heat will be through soon. The Cardinal's will win the Superbowl. The Diamondbacks rattle on. The Suns still don't have a big man. The Coyotes trade all their good players. The Sun Devils are going Fiesta.

Hey Kids, support the program. See you up on Squaw Peak. Remember, there's nowhere to go but on up with Jesus.
